Marshon is a grassroots-grown, artist-led dance organisation
founded in 2016 by Nathan and Melody Sinclair-Marsh.
Born from a belief in community, creativity, and cultural expression,
Marshon has become a powerful training and performance platform
for the next generation of dancers and creative leaders.

We started with just 12 dancers in our first collective.
Today, over 200+ dancers have trained with us, delivered over 100+ performances. We self-produce an annual showcase and continue to build pathways that see our students go on to:

- Train at leading dance colleges
- Perform in West End Productions and commercial stages
- Lead rooms as event organisers
- Become choreographers and teachers in the UK dance scene
- Compete and win on International Battle platforms

At Marshon our mission is clear:
To provide affordable, high-quality street dance and choreography training to people from all walks of life - while building a bridge between
community talent and professional opportunities.
